An example of project sub committee is the Tiny Homes Project. The mission of the NHHHBA Tiny House initiative is to help students follow a career path into the residential construction industry by a small scale home and utilize the skills they learn in the classroom to the real world. Five Career Technical High Schools in NH will be building Tiny Homes to be auctioned off as part of the NH State Home Show March 2017. Our Seacoast chapter is actually building two of those homes, and they are shown in progress at the top of this page.
NHHBA members enjoy strong advocacy and professional development opportunities making them the most professional and technically knowledgeable suppliers of building related services to the buying public. It’s all about the “connections”! When you become a member of the NH Home Builders you also become a member of the National Association (NAHB) the largest trade organization in the country for our industry. To get the most from your investment we encourage you to go to the local HBA meetings, get involved on a committee, get involved in one of our councils…don’t just sit on the sidelines hoping that you will grow personally and professionally, GET INVOLVED today!
